Carmina Vicol, is the CEO of Prime Capital, a non-bank lending institution that provides mortgage and loans to small and medium-sized businesses, and a group of private equity funds from the United States is a shareholder in the company.

In parallel, Carmina runs the family business "Monicol" SRL, the company is a leader in the production and export of organic agricultural products.

Carmina is also President of the American Chamber of Commerce and has served on the board of directors of several companies in the Republic of Moldova and Romania.
